We’re on the hunt for a sharp and strategic Director of Truckload Pricing to lead the charge in optimizing our domestic truckload pricing operations. This is no ordinary role. Your Daily Grind as Director of Pricing (But Make it Rewarding):
- Master of the Domestic Truckload Domain: You’ll wear many hats in this role – bid negotiator, contract architect, and award maestro. Building rock-solid billing and rating structures in our systems will also be your domain. Think of yourself as the swiss army knife of domestic truckload pricing, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Data-Driven Strategist: Numbers are your language, but you’re not just a data cruncher. You’ll be a master translator, interpreting data insights into actionable pricing strategies. Partnering with our sales and support teams, you’ll ensure customer requests are not only fulfilled but transformed into winning proposals.
- Collaboration is Key: No island exists in our world, and yours will be no different. You’ll work hand-in-hand with senior leadership to craft data-powered pricing strategies that keep us ahead of the curve. The Director of Pricing position has a three tier interview process. Final interview is held with the president and owner of the company. There may be a slight delay in scheduling but the good thing is the decision will be quick once the interview is complete.
