What is Henry Hire?
Henry Hire is a platform dedicated to empowering both job seekers and small businesses. We’re committed to creating a supportive environment where individuals can find fulfilling opportunities and startups can achieve remarkable growth. We believe in fair practices and accessible assistance, setting us apart from platforms that charge users with high fees or low wages. Our mission is to fuel success for everyone involved, fostering a thriving community where dreams turn into reality.
What is the Timeline for the Application process?
Each role and hiring process is unique, as we collaborate closely with different HR teams. We strive to facilitate efficient communication and timely responses to move the process forward. The ultimate timeline rests with the hiring managers and HR teams within the companies we partner with. Job openings, requirements, and timelines can change based on the specific needs of each company.
Why the Ads?
TLDR: To sustain our mission, we have a limited number of ads on our site.
We’re committed to helping job seekers succeed by never charging for resources, job placement, resume review, or any form of membership. We also help companies achieve growth by offering flexible pricing options. For instance, employers can choose whether to display ads when posting a job on Henry Hire, allowing them to tailor spending to their budget. Though we strive to maintain control over the ad content, algorithms can sometimes place ads beyond our direct oversight. These ads enable us to connect job seekers with great opportunities and empower startups to achieve remarkable growth. We simply don’t believe in charging those seeking work, nor deducting hard-earned wages.
Why is the hiring company not listed on some posts?
There are several reasons why a job poster may choose not to reveal the hiring company on a public listing. Some common reasons include:
- The company is hiring under the radar because the incumbent is still in the role.
- The recruiter or hiring team has been asked not to disclose the company name until they’ve ensured there’s sufficient mutual interest to proceed.
- The company has employed a recruiting agency to fill the role on their behalf.
To protect applicants, we manually review all employers and job posts before they appear on our website and require valid justification for withholding a company name. Additionally, Henry Hire has a zero-tolerance policy against job posts or employers that require applicants to make any form of payment. Any job listings demanding financial commitments from applicants will be removed, and the associated employers will face immediate account suspension.
