Pay: $15/hour + monthly commission

Experience: Proven sales experience required.

Education: High School Diploma.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Clark Personnel is seeking a Salesperson to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and presenting products effectively.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of product features and benefits.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
• Uphold company policies and standards in all sales interactions.

Position Requirements:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
