Job Description
Job Summary Application Engineer: We are seeking both Senior and Junior Engineers to define product specifications based on customer needs, design and test new product features, and develop custom mechanical components. These roles involve creating and maintaining technical documentation, providing on-site support, and collaborating across teams to ensure successful product implementation. Salary range for from the Junior to Senior level - $80k to $130k Key Responsibilities: Gather and interpret customer requirements across mechanical, electrical, and software domains. Define internal hardware and software specifications aligned with customer needs. Design, test, and evaluate new product features and concepts. Provide on-site integration support, training, and troubleshooting during evaluations and installations. Investigate and resolve performance or reliability issues. Create and maintain product documentation, manuals, training materials, and technical communications. Develop project plans, timelines, and custom mechanical parts and assemblies. Participate actively in product and project team meetings. Required Skills: Strong command of written and spoken English. Proficiency with CAD, SolidWorks, MS Office, Adobe Suite, Python, and XML. Ability to read and interpret complex technical documentation. Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Collaborative, customer-focused, and professional in all interactions. Experience: Experience level will vary based on Senior or Junior designation. Education: BS or MS in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science (Robotics/Mechatronics preferred). Other Requirements: Approximately 20% travel (local, domestic, and international).
