Title: Quality Support Technician
Reports To: Senior Supply Chain Manager
The Quality Support Technician helps maintain product quality on the production floor by checking materials and finished goods, recording results, and supporting production with labeling and documentation. This role ensures products meet company standards and supports smooth production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect products during and after production for quality and accuracy.
- Record inspection results and maintain basic quality logs.
- Handle and organize labels, tags, and packaging materials; verify accuracy before use.
- Keep the quality area clean and organized.
- Assist production and inventory teams as needed.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in the plant or warehouse.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and reliability.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Prior RF Scanning experience a plus.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Previous manufacturing or quality experience preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, bend, twist, stoop, stand and walk for at least 3 hours at a stretch, over an 8 or 10-hour shift, with 15-minute breaks.
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
