Ive been in business for 6 years and lead a supportive team of 5, where flexibility and balance are an important part of our culture. I am a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College with a masters degree in psychology, and my passion for helping others shows in the way we approach customer service and education, we truly enjoy making insurance simple and meaningful for our customers.

Community involvement is a big part of who we are. Ive volunteered with organizations like Sheetz Family Christmas, the Salvation Army, the Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank, and the Red Cross. During the summer, my team and I stay active in Allegheny and Washington Counties, participating in local events and giving back to the neighborhoods we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Teresa Tucker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
