Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the customer care team to deliver outstanding service to policyholders and prospective clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Cantonese-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing expert guidance on insurance products and claims.
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and claims departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor customer care representatives to enhance their communication skills and product knowledge.
- Prepare regular reports on customer service activities, trends, and challenges for senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive service offerings.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or customer care management within the insurance industry.
- Fluency in both Cantonese and English (verbal and written) is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with diverse multicultural clients.
