Account Experience Partner at Dunning Industries Inc.

We are seeking a Remote Account Experience Partner to serve as a bridge between our clients and internal operations teams. This role focuses on client satisfaction, proactive communication, and ensuring every customer receives timely, efficient, and high-quality service. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with a professional and positive approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and service departments to ensure project accuracy and timely delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
• Monitor account performance and provide clients with progress reports and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of communication and transactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the internal team to continuously improve service efficiency and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelors degree preferred (business, communications, or related field).
• Prior experience in account management, customer relations, or client success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Teams, and online communication tools.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, remote position / Part-time, remote position (10 - 40 hours weekly)
• Competitive salary range: $27$35 per hour, based on experience.
