Our portfolio includes a wholesale bakery operation and a collection of café and restaurant concepts built on strong relationships and craftsmanship. We’re looking for an Account Manager to help us strengthen and expand our wholesale and event partnerships while maintaining the warm, thoughtful service our brand is known for.

Position Summary

The Account Manager will oversee relationships with wholesale clients, vendor partners, and event collaborators, ensuring seamless communication, timely fulfillment, and exceptional service. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and hospitality—ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building and has a keen eye for both detail and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities


Account Management & Sales

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all wholesale accounts, ensuring consistent communication and client satisfaction.
  • Manage inbound and outbound wholesale inquiries; onboard new accounts and maintain existing relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow wholesale revenue through outreach, sampling, and relationship-based selling.
  • Track orders, invoices, and account activity to ensure accuracy and follow-through.

Vendor & Partner Relations

  • Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partner brands.
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to forecast product needs and manage logistics.
  • Support procurement and manage inventory coordination for events and wholesale accounts.

Events & Special Projects

  • Assist in planning and executing events, pop-ups, and brand collaborations that highlight our products and partnerships.
  • Liaise with clients for private and corporate event inquiries, proposals, and coordination.
  • Represent the brand at tastings, markets, and hospitality events as needed.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and client communications.
  • Prepare regular sales and account performance reports for leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on product launches and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, wholesale operations, or hospitality sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally between production, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with bakery or restaurant operations a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
  • A genuine passion for food, people, and building lasting partnerships.
