Position: Client Account Manager

Location: Red Bank, New Jersey

Hours: 9:15am – 6:30pm

About Our Client

Our client, specializes in debt-restructuring solutions for businesses, with a focus on Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) loans. Their mission is to empower clients with legal protection while improving financial liquidity. Acting on behalf of their clients, they negotiate with funders to secure settlements that significantly reduce repayment obligations. The organization is committed to building long-term client relationships and fostering a culture of professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining open communication and addressing inquiries promptly

• Educate clients on program processes and provide regular progress updates

• Collaborate with the negotiation team to ensure smooth and effective settlement processes

• Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with program guidelines

• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and maintain high client retention rates

• Resolve client concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in a financial services or debt management environment

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Compensation & Growth:

• Base salary: $58,000 – $65,000
