Customer Service/Estimator

Customer Service Representative – Countertops

Do you enjoy helping people and providing great customer support? At our company, we don’t just install countertops—we guide homeowners through an important step in creating the spaces they’ve always wanted. If you’re friendly, organized, and love making customers feel at ease, you’ll fit right in here.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to learn. In this role, you’ll assist homeowners through the process of selecting materials, reviewing plans, and approving estimates. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome and assist homeowners with their countertop selections.

  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members.

  • Learn to read plans, complete take-offs, and prepare accurate job estimates.

  • Provide detailed forms and information for our shop and installation crews.

  • Research product options and pricing for customers.

  • Compare original quotes to templates, finalize details, and send approvals.

  • Show materials in our showroom and yard.

  • Take accurate and complete messages to keep projects organized.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A people person with strong communication skills.

  • Organized, focused, and able to handle multiple projects.

  • Someone eager to learn and grow with our team.

  • Granite or marble experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Mooresville, NC (in person – reliable commute or relocation required)
