Position reports to the Controller
Base salary: $58K-85K & DOE

We're hiring a Corporate Accountant for a full-time, onsite role in the West Lafayette, OH area. This position offers the opportunity to supervise up to 5 team members and contribute directly to financial operations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages fixed asset inventory for product group
- Reconciles various General Ledger accounts including intercompany
- Produces various reports for upper management
- Prepare and file sales, use, and 1099 tax returns
- Reconcile fixed asset spending and manage inventory
- Perform monthly account and intercompany reconciliations
- Support audits, budgets, and inventory reviews
- Prepare journal entries and serve as backup for other accounting roles
Foster positive work relationships and ensure compliance with company policies
- Supervision - will have up to 5 direct reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- OR Associate's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general accounting systems
- Strong understanding of ERP logic, reporting, and reconciliation processes
