- Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments promptly.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and statements.
- Record and reconcile A/P and A/R transactions.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial files and documentation.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (A/P and A/R preferred)
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
