What You Will Do:
- Manage and oversee the debt team responsible for daily debt transactions including mortgage payments, DLCs, payoffs, etc.
- Responsible for month/quarter end reconciliation reviews and approval of journal entries.
- Complete and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly variance analysis of debt and interest accounts.
- Strategize and work closely with the team to ensure month/quarter end deadlines are hit.
- Identify process inefficiencies within the current flow and work with other team members to drive process change.
- Collaborating among departments to share accounting data and improve efficiencies.
- Acts as Team Leader including mentoring new hires, leading projects, and resolving issues. Participates in special projects that impact policies and procedures.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5-7 years related experience.
- CPA preferred.
- Experience supervising associate-level employees required.
- Knowledge and experience working with financial systems such as Workday and/or Blackline.
- Strong analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.

- Expected pay rate of $100,000- $120,000 plus annual target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
