Accounting Manager at The Grenzy Recruiting Group, LLC

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, lead a dedicated team, and play a key part in enhancing financial processes as the company continues to scale. We are looking for a hands-on leader who brings both technical expertise and a forward-thinking mindset to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting team and oversee all aspects of the general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting process

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial statements in accordance with GAAP

• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance accounting systems, controls, and reporting processes

• Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making

• Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

• Support audit processes and assist in the development of budgets and forecasts

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CPA track preferred

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management responsibilities

• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control best practices

• Demonstrated success in process improvement and system implementation

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
