Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, lead a dedicated team, and play a key part in enhancing financial processes as the company continues to scale. We are looking for a hands-on leader who brings both technical expertise and a forward-thinking mindset to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the accounting team and oversee all aspects of the general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting process
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance accounting systems, controls, and reporting processes
Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making
Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
Support audit processes and assist in the development of budgets and forecasts
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CPA track preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management responsibilities
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control best practices
Demonstrated success in process improvement and system implementation
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
