The ideal candidate will support tax withholding processes, ensure compliance with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations, and perform accurate data validation and reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to work with large volumes of financial data. Key Responsibilities: Support the processing of tax withholding reversal refunds to ensure accurate client adjustments. Assist in various IRS information reporting functions, including the preparation and reconciliation of tax forms. Gather and validate data to ensure accuracy and compliance of IRS tax documentation. Perform frequent analytical and reconciliation work using MS Excel. Collaborate with internal teams to support tax operations and reporting compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred. Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis; macros a plus). Knowledge of U.S. tax reporting requirements and IRS forms is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
