Accounts Payable Clerk at Flex-Staff

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Pay Rate: $17/hour with potential to increase at time of hire

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work between the hours of 7:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday

Length: Temporary to hire

Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site)

What You’ll Do: 

• Prepare invoices for data entry
• Sort and match invoices and check requests
• Prepare, process, distribute and mail accounts payable checks
• Prepare and code vehicle maintenance invoices 
• Reconcile vendor statements 
• Respond to vendor and store inquiries 
• Investigate and respond to accounts payable issues 
• Filing

Requirements: 

• Office experience working with data entry and numbers
• Accounts payable or general accounting knowledge is highly preferred
• Basic Excel knowledge entering data into existing spreadsheets
• Computer savvy to learn new software
• Maddenco or AS400 software is a plus
