Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist
Santa Maria – Lompoc Area
$25–$30 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and experienced in managing both AP and AR functions in a fast-paced environment.

? Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices and payments

Maintain accurate AP and AR records

Prepare customer invoices and track receipts

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

Assist with month-end closing and reporting

Communicate with vendors and customers professionally

?? Qualifications:

2+ years AP/AR experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient with accounting software and Excel

Excellent communication and organizational skills
