Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer billing in Sage 100 Contractor
- Implement and manage credit and collections processes
- Document collection efforts and maintain A/R records
- Manage overdue accounts and initiate follow-ups
- Reconcile cash receipts and A/R balances
- Generate daily cash flow projections with the Controller
- Maintain required billing documentation and compliance records
Top Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting (preferred)
- 5+ years of A/R management experience in commercial construction
- Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong familiarity with Sage 100 Contractor
- Ability to meet performance standards related to aging, delinquency, and reporting
