Now Hiring Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Faribault, MN
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay: $20 - $22.50 per hour
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and train the AR team to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and resolve payment issues professionally.
- Offer payment solutions and set up plans as needed.
- Reconcile AR accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare AR reports, aging schedules, and cash flow projections.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closings, collaborating with finance, sales, and customer service teams.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, providing account statements and payment updates.
What You'll Bring
- Associate degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, both internal and external.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
