Position Summary:The Department of Psychology & Neuroscience in the College of Arts and Sciences at North Central College invites applications for adjunct positions in Psychology. Candidates possessing a Ph.D. in Psychology are preferred, but those with a Master’s degree in Psychology and experience teaching college-level courses will be considered. Applicants must demonstrate commitment to teaching excellence.
Founded in 1861, North Central College is a nationally recognized institution of about 3000 students, located in Naperville, IL, a thriving suburb just west of Chicago. The College is in a period of growth with the addition of a $60 million Science Center (2017), and a new Health Sciences and Engineering building (2020). Additional Information:The budgeted salary range for this position is $3,840 to $4,160.. The pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications, including equivalent years in rank, training, and field or discipline; internal equity; and external market pay for comparable jobs.
