- Perform billing for Presort and Lettershop clients
- Track and reconcile daily postage usage and meter balances
- Process and post incoming payments
- Maintain client escrow balances and follow up on late receivables
- Import sorter files and verify machine vs. client counts
- Invoice completed jobs and manage billing paperwork
- Use Printstream, QuickBooks, and Excel for data entry and reconciliation
- Float across departments as needed (covering for a retiring employee)
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1–2 years in office administration, billing, or accounting
- Skills:
- Strong data entry and 10-key proficiency
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Customer service and communication
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Familiarity with USPS Presort and mailing rates
Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
