Administrative Pharmacy Technician

In this role, you'll support daily operations, manage patient records, and help deliver personalized medications that improve patients' lives - all while working in a collaborative environment that values precision, integrity, and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
- Coordinate prescription processing, data entry, and refill requests.
- Respond to calls of inquiries from patient, providers, and healthcare professionals with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Prepare and organize documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Help maintain an organized workspace and support onboarding and training of new team members.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Provisional or Certified Pharmacy License (VPI Reimburses the Cost Upon Hire!)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Previous administrative or pharmacy experience
- Familiarity with compounding terms or regulatory requirements
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit for extended periods during the workday
- Frequent use of hands for typing, data entry, and handling paperwork
- Occasional lifting or moving of supplies up to 25 lbs
