Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries and greet visitors
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and projects and maintain calendars
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, including taking meeting notes and follow-up actions
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage and update customer and lead information in the CRM system
  • Assist in other responsibilities as needed
  • This position offers the potential for career advancement into an inside sales or project management role.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bilingual Spanish + English
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and receive feedback
  • Collaborate well with others and work well individually
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams); experience with any CRM platform is a plus.
