We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to assist with daily operations in our industrial and shipyard locations. This position plays a vital role in supporting project teams, management, and field staff to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company and client requirements.
ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to project managers, supervisors, and field teams.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation including work orders, timesheets, safety records, and compliance reports.
Assist with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and tracking deadlines.
Handle data entry, filing, and recordkeeping (digital and paper).
Communicate with employees, clients, and vendors via phone, email, and in person.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, training coordination, and maintaining personnel files.
Monitor supply inventory and process purchase requests for project and office needs.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and shipyard requirements.
Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred (industrial, construction, or shipyard environment a plus).
Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite, data entry, scheduling tools).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
