Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides general office support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role performs a variety of clerical, administrative, and organizational tasks, including handling correspondence, managing files, scheduling meetings, and assisting staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondence.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper).

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.

Assist in basic bookkeeping and expense reporting.

Support HR or other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience (office environment preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
