We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Treasury Management team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a high level of discretion, initiative, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Treasury Management group, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe and Microsoft Teams.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle logistics for internal and external engagements.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Lead or contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned, with flexibility and a proactive mindset.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive administrative experience, preferably in banking, finance, or a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
