Detailed Job Description: Job Title: Admin Assistant Location: Monsey, NY 10952 Duration: 12 months (potential to convert to full-time employment Based on performance) Pay: $22- $24.00/hr The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time , paid sick and safe time , hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable) Note - 100% onsite vehicle required, will be doing weekly mail runs--please put on the top of the resume 9-5:30 up to 5 hours of OT weekly as needed asap--12 months, potential to convert We are seeking a highly motivated, highly organized applicant with a strong work ethic and a high degree of problem solving skills. This position includes drafting state/county documents, communicating with other members of the team via phone and email, managing incoming and outgoing mail for various departments, and a very professional attitude. Entry-level, basic computer skills needed, MS office proficiency required.
