We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations for our client in Rockville, Maryland. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity ideal for candidates looking to gain experience in a professional office setting and grow into a long-term role.
Key Responsibilities:Perform general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry
Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking
Provide clerical support to team members as needed
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
1+ years of experience in a professional administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
