Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.:- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years minimum experience in an office environment
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 to include Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Communication and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in an office setting
- SAP experience

The Administrative Assistant II is responsible for providing administrative and general clerical support to management/staff within assigned division/department or unit
Job Duties:- Provide administrative support and perform a variety of work activities including:
- Assist the AAIII with everyday administrative support
- Greet, screen, and route visitors.
- Handle all registration issues, particularly overrides
- Assist chair with schedule of classes
- Maintain Google Calendar and Live 25 – entering classes and conference/
- meeting schedules
- Prepare photocopies of exam, quizzes and handouts for faculty and students.
- Open and distribute incoming mail.
- Other duties as assigned.
