- Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure records are up to date.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating internal events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with scheduling tools and office management software.
- Familiarity with HR or finance processes.
- Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.

- Pay $24-$32 an hour depending on experience
