Job Description

Job Title : Administrative Assistant II

Duration : 6 months with a chance to extend and/or convert to a Full-Time

Location : Los Angeles, CA 90032

Shift Details : 9:00am – 05:00 PM PST

Education : Bachelor’s degree, Public Health or related field preferred

Hybrid. In office Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Offsite on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This schedule is not flexible and the departments schedule must be adhered to.

Job Description:

· 2 years of related professional experience

· Experience working in an administrative setting.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

· Knowledge of systems such as WordPress (or other web design software), RED Cap, Adobe Creative Suite, or Workday are preferred.

·Experience providing research support with CV/bio sketch updates, grant writing, creating/formatting figures and tables, document review, and presentation development is preferred.
