We are looking for a meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our team in Midland, Texas. This Contract to Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to support essential office operations and contribute to the success of a transportation equipment manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
• Answer and direct inbound calls, ensuring courteous and effective communication.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
• Handle receptionist duties by welcoming visitors and addressing inquiries.
• Support registration processes and ensure compliance with company protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and enhance productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring supplies are readily available.
• Assist with special projects or tasks as needed, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data entry and office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties and customer service practices.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a focus on detail.
