We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Towson, Maryland. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks, including document management and database upkeep. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a proactive approach to handling various responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize reports by uploading them into designated folders and ensuring accuracy.
• Conduct audits and verify documentation to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain and update databases to ensure information is current and accessible.
• Track and report data using Microsoft Excel, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Respond to inbound calls and provide effective assistance to clients or team members.
• Perform general receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
• Handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Support various administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.• Proven experience in administrative support or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with data entry processes and database management.
• Ability to maintain a focused and meticulous approach while interacting effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience handling receptionist duties is a plus.
