Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls effectively, providing assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Manage general office tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining documentation.
• Accurately input and update data into systems, ensuring all records are current and error-free.
• Support team members by coordinating schedules, meetings, and other administrative needs.
• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming first impression.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment to maintain inventory levels.
• Assist in maintaining office policies and procedures for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
3–4 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
2+ years of administrative or office support experience (corporate or professional setting preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor, discretion, and a high level of reliability.
