We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the General Counsel and Legal Department in a fast-paced environment. This Contract position, based in Saint Louis, Missouri, involves managing confidential information, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a meticulous demeanor.
Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Counsel and the Legal Department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. • Prepare and organize presentation materials for Board and Executive Team meetings. • Arrange travel itineraries and prepare expense reports for the General Counsel. • Assist with creating presentations and fulfilling requests from other executives as needed. • Manage and safeguard highly confidential and sensitive information. • Oversee and execute special administrative projects as assigned. • Attend and document minutes during executive meetings, if requested. • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and video calls for the General Counsel and Legal Department. • Support office functions, including organizing lunches, holiday events, and maintaining office supplies. • Process vendor invoices, maintain the department budget, and implement cost-conscious expense management strategies.
The pay range for this position is $21 to $26. Benefits available to contract/contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. • Demonstrated experience in planning and achieving goals independently or within a team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
• High level of accuracy in compiling reports and analyzing data.
• Previous experience in administrative roles, including data entry, receptionist duties, and legal assistance.
