We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Jose, California. This contract position requires an organized individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks while supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized records and databases.
• Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
• Manage reception duties such as greeting visitors and addressing inquiries.
• Coordinate office supplies and ensure availability for daily operations.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support collaborative efforts.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while adhering to company procedures.
• Prepare reports and summaries as requested by management.
• Maintain a well-organized and welcoming office environment.• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in office environments.
• Strong ability to handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting guests and managing inquiries.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Competence in using office software and tools, such as word processors and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
