The Office Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support, including document preparation, client coordination, scheduling, and deadline management. Works independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and various business documents.
- Ensure accuracy in grammar, punctuation, and formatting across all written materials.
- Organize workload to meet time-sensitive deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Support new-client onboarding and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Manage both electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring organization and accessibility.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and special functions, and coordinate travel when needed.
- Handle a range of administrative and financial tasks such as expense reports, invoice preparation, and data entry.
- Provide collaborative support to other administrative professionals as needed.
- Participate in ongoing learning and professional development to enhance efficiency and skill set.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies.
Must have
Administrative experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and proofreading ability.
Proven time-management and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
