We are looking for a bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. This position requires fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively handle communication and support tasks. As part of a long-term contract role with the possibility ofr hire, you will play a key role in maintaining organized and efficient administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, update, and manage reports to ensure accurate and timely information is available.
• Translate documents and communications between Spanish and English as needed.
• Provide attentive phone support, directing calls and addressing inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Manage scheduling and coordinate meeting arrangements, including setting up and cleaning up conference rooms.
• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a positive experience during their visit.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Maintain organized records and files to support smooth administrative processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Schedule: can work Saturdays only 10AM-4/5PM or the option to work a few weekdays with Saturday included!
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in administrative support or coordination roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining conference rooms for meetings.
• Friendly and detail-oriented demeanor when assisting guests and team members.
