Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Manage and process invoices promptly and accurately.
• Perform data entry tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and report data effectively.
• Maintain and update records, files, and documentation as required.
• Coordinate schedules and meetings to support team productivity.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
• Monitor office supplies and reorder as necessary to maintain stock.
• Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Solid understanding of invoice processing and data entry.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Familiarity with standard office procedures and equipment.
