Job Description
Perform professional administrative support duties for a program, department or specific functional area of the College. These duties and responsibilities involve varying degrees of complexity and confidentiality.
Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1. Highschool Diploma 2. 0-2 years of experience and possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter; general office experience is helpful.Preference will be given to those who meet the minimum qualifications and have general office experience in a Dental office/clinic.Supplemental Information
The Administrative Assistant supports the department of Dental and works at WCTC's Waukesha campus. This position is available on January 5, 2026.All candidates must include a current copy of their resume with the online application.Position Details This position is a part-time, 10 month, 19/hours per week position. Hours are generally between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and may vary based on department needs. Scheduling may change each semester.
