- Job duties:
 - Provide high-level administrative support to multiple C-suite executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
 - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
 - Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
 - Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming mail and deliveries.
 - Screen calls that come through to ensure executives privacy, time, and efficiency.
 - Maintain office supplies, catering for events, vendor relations, and additional supplies for events as needed
 - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
 - Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by executives.
 
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
 - Associates or Bachelors Degree is preferred, not required.
 - 2+ years recent proven experience as an corporate administrative or senior administrative or in a similar administrative role.
 - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
 - High level of discretion and confidentiality.
 
Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
