Responsibilities:
- Managing administrative tasks for multiple communities
- Handling administrative duties for maintenance or office functions
- Managing all administrative matters, including invoicing, working with external vendors, and validating purchases within the Workday system
- Working closely with Accounts Payable, Maintenance and Community Managers, and third-party vendors
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 1 - 2 years of multi-family or related property management experience preferred
- Must have Workday or similar software experience
- Must have strong Microsoft experience.
- Must be able to pass a background check prior to starting.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to solve problems while managing multiple responsibilities
- Capable of supporting a large team of associates
