Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain office equipment, including managing copy center operations and ensuring timely completion of copy, folding, and labeling tasks.
• Oversee the processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, including express deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
• Organize and restock corporate supplies and ensure breakrooms are adequately supplied.
• Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to assess and report on the work of janitorial staff.
• Assist with the preparation of meeting and workspace areas, including coordinating with vendors and organizing necessary materials.
• Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional tasks and projects.
• Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars to ensure effective time management.
• Respond to inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
• Skilled in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
