Our client is a leading healthcare organization with a need for an Administrative Coordinator in Downey, CA. This is a 3-month temporary assignment, but could extend. Please review availability requirements carefully, as the schedule is outside of regular business hours.
Details:
- 3-month temporary assignment, but could extend
- Location: Downey, CA 90242
- Expected Schedule: 4am-2:30pm, OR 2pm-12:30am (manager would prefer candidates that could work either. Ample notice given on scheduling)
- Pay Rate Range: $28-35/hr based on education and experience
- Paid weekly
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Administrative Services Coordinator II Performs semi-routine data analysis, editing, and formatting to produce regular status reports, graphs, spreadsheets and presentation material: Provides support and product production, such as graphics services, to the department.
- Assists with staff scheduling, payroll. processing timesheets, and leads administrative assignments.
- Responds to and fulfills miscellaneous requests for information and reports from within and outside of Kaiser in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Establishes working relationships and serves as liaison with vendors. May coordinate the management of ordering office supplies within the department.
- When assigned to a medical department, may prepare and maintain physician's master schedules for multiple departments, coordinate all physician schedule changes, and ensure adequate coverage for all medical areas.
- High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree highly preferred)
- 5+ years of experience providing administrative support in a corporate office setting.
- Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency
- Experience handling correspondence, creating presentations, scheduling events/meetings, and handling calendars for managers.
