Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Bringing Your Best Self to the Desk

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles on construction projects preferred.
  • Experience with civil infrastructure projects is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with construction management software is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with OSHA and jobsite safety protocols is a plus.

Administrative & Office Support:

  • Greet visitors and ensure compliance with site access procedures.
  • Organize and maintain project records, reports, and logs.
  • Collect, sort, and distribute mail, delivery tickets, and daily reports.
  • Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports for project leadership.
  • Maintain office supplies and keep office/facility areas organized.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and on-site meeting coordination.

Payroll & Workforce Administration:

  • Collect and review employee timecards for accuracy.
  • Enter payroll data into company systems for timely processing.
  • Track fuel receipts, equipment logs, and workforce attendance.
  • Support employee onboarding and site-specific training documentation.

Logistics & Safety Support:

  • Coordinate material deliveries, employee transportation, and site logistics.
  • Assist in scheduling safety meetings, toolbox talks, and compliance training.
  • Maintain PPE distribution and support safety compliance documentation.
  • Help coordinate on-site and off-site drug screenings.
  • Assist with crew events, lunches, and team meetings.
