This position will assist with general office and front-desk operations as a Temporary Administrative Support staff member.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general office and clerical support to staff and faculty.
Cover the front desk, greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office records.
Perform administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and data entry as needed.
Collaborate with the business office team and support the suite with day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications:
Prior office or administrative experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
