Position & Perks
- Role: Administrative Support Specialist (Claims Support Team).
 - Location: Hybrid – Worcester, MA. - 2 days a week onsite in Worcester, MA
 - Duration: 12-month temporary employment.
 - Pay Rate: Starting at $21.00/hour.
 - Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am ET - 5:00 pm ET.
 - Benefits: Randstad offers major medical insurance, dental, vision, and 401k.
 
Your Core Responsibilities
You will provide essential general administrative support for the Claims organization, focusing on data and financial integrity while ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Administrative & Data Management: Handle various data retrieval, input, and output functions, and perform general administrative duties for the team.
 - Financial Tasks: Execute financial transactions while following complex regulatory procedures and utilizing a basic knowledge of finance and math.
 - Compliance: Adhere to compliance requirements for all State & Federal regulations, as well as the guidelines of The Hanover Insurance Group.
 - Coordination & Service: Provide support over the phone to customers and agents while multitasking multiple systems.
 - Efficiency: Maintain strong organizational skills to manage action items and follow-ups simultaneously. Proactively propose workflow changes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
 
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–5 years of general office experience.
 - Education: High school diploma.
 - Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate MS Suites Proficiently (Excel and Outlook).
 - Key Competencies: Excellent Communication skills, strong Organizational skills, and a willingness to be a Team player.
