Sales Engineer Location: Los Angeles, CA (50% Travel Required) Compensation: $125,000 – $149,000 annual base + 10% target bonus About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is responsible for maintaining and growing revenue within an assigned territory by providing both technical and sales support to existing customers, while also identifying and securing profitable new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring proven aerospace industry experience, strong customer-facing sales skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-value solutions. Key Responsibilities Partner with customer engineering and procurement departments to identify opportunities for growth. Act as account executive for major accounts within the assigned territory. Collaborate with internal teams to bring new opportunities to order and support product delivery. Set annual and ongoing revenue targets for existing and new business. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and program coordination. Represent the company with the highest ethical and professional standards. Travel at least 50% of the time to meet with clients and support business development activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering strongly preferred). 5+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in the Aerospace & Defense industry. Established relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 system integrators strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Familiarity with aircraft clamps and connectors a plus.
