Schedule: Monday ‐ Friday, plus weeknight and weekend beeper call Dates needed: Vacation coverage weeks include 11/24‐28, 12/1‐5, 12/22‐26 Setting: Small Community Hospital Shift Times: 5x8s, 4x10s + call is not required but ideal Call 1:2 for right now Cases: General Surgery, Ortho, Spines, Uro, Endo, limited cardio. (85% Ortho) Patient Care model? % of Supervision: Supervising CRNAs ‐ Must be able to do their own cases if needed.
